Service terms
Effective 7 September 2026. These terms apply to the public LEXWA information website. A separate production service agreement is required before business onboarding.
1. Operator and current scope
This website introduces LEXWA, a service being developed by 广州洛斯森特生物科技有限公司. It currently provides information and an email contact channel, not a live messaging service or customer registration.
The intended service is WhatsApp Business App coexistence and authorized team message management. Descriptions of planned functions are not a guarantee of availability, approval or compatibility for a particular account.
2. Before service activation
A business must have authority over the assets it connects and the right to process the relevant information. Service activation requires an agreed service scope, data-handling arrangements, platform eligibility and verified access.
Businesses are responsible for their instructions, staff authorization and necessary notices or permissions to communicate with customers. Any future outbound messaging must comply with applicable Meta and WhatsApp rules, including consent and opt-out requirements where applicable. This website does not enable sending.
3. Coexistence and existing systems
We do not guarantee that every number qualifies, that all app features or historical messages are supported, or that an existing archive will receive all events. These points require a separate onboarding and acceptance check.
No phone account is migrated, registered, disconnected or deleted through this website. Changes to a business’s connection or production environment require an agreed implementation scope.
4. Third-party platforms and software
WhatsApp and Meta are third-party platforms with their own terms and availability. LEXWA is not presented as an approved Meta partner or certified provider.
Whatomate is being evaluated as a self-hosted backend. Its license and any other software license obligations must be respected. Mentioning it does not imply endorsement by its authors.
5. Commercial terms and changes
There is no checkout, subscription purchase or payment collection on this website. Fees, availability, support, responsibility and termination terms will be agreed separately before a service is provided.
