Service information and terms of use
Updated 28 September 2026. This notice covers the LEXWA public information website and currently authorized workspace use. Production services for external businesses still require a separately agreed scope and conditions.
1. Operator and current scope
LEXWA is operated by 广州洛斯森特生物科技有限公司. leuxscent.net provides public information and an email contact channel. review.leuxscent.net is a restricted workspace currently used for our own customer conversations and review demonstrations.
The workspace uses self-hosted Chatwoot and allows authorized users to view customer conversations, use supported attachment functions and send individual human replies. Templates can be managed in WhatsApp Manager, with synchronized information viewed in the workspace through available functions. Template creation in Manager is not presented as creation inside the workspace.
2. Access and use
Users must have authority over the accounts, business phone numbers and information involved, and use functions within assigned roles. Do not give access to unauthorized people, bypass access controls or use conversations and contact information you have no authority to process.
WhatsApp communications must follow applicable platform rules and necessary customer notices, permissions and opt-out requirements. Current human-reply functionality does not represent public availability of automated replies, bulk marketing or phone-number migration.
3. Coexistence, history and availability
WhatsApp Business App coexistence, historical-message synchronization and access for other businesses remain subject to their respective platform eligibility, authorization and verification conditions. A demonstration using our own connected number does not establish eligibility for another number or guarantee synchronization of all history or events.
Changes to platform services, API permissions or connection credentials can affect functionality. We do not promise unverified continuous availability or complete backup recovery. Changes to production connections require a defined implementation scope.
4. Third-party software and data handling
The current workspace uses self-hosted Chatwoot. Tencent Cloud provides server hosting, and Tencent enterprise email provides system and contact email services. WhatsApp and Meta have their own terms and service arrangements. Software licences and third-party rights must be respected.
LEXWA is not advertised as Meta-certified or endorsed by a partnership. See the Privacy policy and Data deletion instructions for information handling and requests. Disconnecting an integration is not deletion of stored records.
5. External-business services and contact
The public information website has no checkout, subscription purchase or payment collection. Fees, support, data-processing responsibilities and termination arrangements for an external business must be agreed before activation. This notice does not announce public business onboarding.
