Data deletion instructions
Effective 7 September 2026. This page explains LEXWA's current email-based data deletion request process. It does not automatically delete data or remove a WhatsApp account.
1. Send a request
Email notify@leuxscent.net with the subject “LEXWA data deletion request”. Tell us whether the request concerns a website enquiry, your own information in a business conversation, or a business workspace you administer.
Initially provide your contact email, the relevant business name, your relationship to that business and a brief description of the information involved. Do not attach chat exports, passwords, access tokens or verification codes.
2. Confirm identity and scope
We will determine what information is held and what proportionate verification is required. A person requesting deletion of a whole business workspace must have authority to act for that business.
If the request concerns a business’s customer records, contact that business as well. Where we process records on its instructions, we will coordinate the request with the responsible business.
3. Review and respond
After verification, we will confirm the scope, expected completion time and any information that must be retained for applicable legal or security obligations. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain if more time is needed.
Completion or a reasoned limitation will be communicated by email. This website has no request tracker and does not claim a request has been received or completed simply because you opened a mail link.
4. What a LEXWA request covers
A request concerns information controlled or processed by LEXWA. It does not automatically delete messages on your phone, records separately held by the business, Meta’s records or independently managed archive systems.
Revoking Meta app permissions or disconnecting an integration prevents or limits future access; it does not prove that existing records and backups have been deleted. We will identify the applicable stores when confirming your request.
