Data deletion instructions
Updated 28 September 2026. This page explains how to request deletion by email for the LEXWA public website and current restricted workspace. Opening this page does not automatically delete data or remove a WhatsApp phone account.
1. Send a request
Email notify@leuxscent.net with the subject “LEXWA data deletion request”. This mailbox is monitored regularly. Explain whether the request concerns a website enquiry, your information in a customer conversation or a workspace you are authorized to administer.
Initially provide a contact email, the relevant business name, your relationship to the records and an approximate date range. Do not attach full chat exports, passwords, access tokens, verification codes or excessive identity documents.
2. Verify identity and scope
We will check whether relevant information is held and what proportionate verification is needed. A request to delete another person’s business records or a whole workspace requires appropriate authority.
Scope should include applicable conversations, contacts, attachments and archives or exports we separately hold. Any relevant backups must also be checked separately. A deletion result in one interface does not establish removal from every storage location.
3. Process and respond
After verification, we will explain the scope that can be processed, expected completion time, and any information that must be retained under applicable obligations and the specific reason. If the request cannot be fully completed or more time is needed, we will explain by email.
Background cleanup may take time, and deletion of one message is not deletion of an entire contact or all related records. The outcome should distinguish completed, pending and retained items. This page has no automatic deletion button or online progress tracker; opening an email link does not mean a request was sent, received or completed.
4. Records outside the request
A request concerns information controlled or processed by LEXWA. Separate archives that we hold must be included in the scope check rather than excluded simply because they are stored separately from the workspace.
A request does not automatically delete WhatsApp messages on a phone, data independently retained by Meta or records independently managed by other parties; use their respective channels for those records. Revoking app permissions or disconnecting an integration also does not prove that existing records and backups have been deleted.
