Privacy policy
Updated 28 September 2026. This policy covers the public information website at leuxscent.net, the restricted workspace at review.leuxscent.net and related contact channels.
1. Operator and current scope
LEXWA is operated by 广州洛斯森特生物科技有限公司. For questions, correction or deletion requests concerning your information, contact notify@leuxscent.net. This mailbox is monitored regularly.
The public website provides service information and contact details. We also operate a self-hosted Chatwoot workspace for our own business’s WhatsApp customer conversations and review demonstrations. Access for other businesses, WhatsApp Business App coexistence and historical-message import require separate authorization, platform eligibility and verification; these are not services currently open to external businesses.
2. Information we process
Website hosting, DNS and security providers may process IP addresses, access times, browser information and necessary security cookies. If you email us, we process your contact email, message and information you choose to provide.
Within the functions actually used and the authorized scope, the workspace processes:
- Account email addresses, display names, login sessions and workspace membership roles used to manage access.
- Business, WhatsApp Business Account, business phone and conversation-participant identifiers.
- Customer message content, supported attachments, message identifiers, timestamps and available delivery status.
- Technical events and original callback records used to receive, validate, organize or troubleshoot messages; some records may also be held in a separate archive.
- Backend credentials used to maintain an authorized WhatsApp connection. Do not submit these credentials through the public website or ordinary enquiry email.
3. Sources and purposes
Information comes from account or email details supplied by users, authorized WhatsApp connections and necessary service-operation records. It is used for account access, handling customer conversations, human replies, record lookup, template information management, security and troubleshooting, and privacy requests.
The current conversations concern our own business. Before serving another business, the parties must separately establish their data-processing responsibilities, authorization and service scope. Planned functions are not described as already operational.
4. Providers, storage and access
Meta/WhatsApp provides WhatsApp message delivery and related interfaces. The current workspace is hosted on a Tencent Cloud server in Singapore, with its database and attachments held in persistent storage on that server. Tencent enterprise email is used for system account emails and contact emails. The public information website is hosted on the Sites platform, uses DNSPod for domain resolution, and its current public access path includes Cloudflare; these website infrastructure services also support its operation.
The workspace uses HTTPS and account sign-in, with access assigned through workspace roles. Chatwoot is software we self-host; use of this software does not by itself mean that customer conversations are stored by Chatwoot’s hosted service.
Platforms and providers have their own processing arrangements. This notice does not promise that all relevant data is held in a single country or region, or describe persistent storage as a verified backup or recovery service. Contact us for information about applicable storage and provider arrangements.
5. Retention and deletion
Retention considerations include the time needed to handle customer conversations, follow up enquiries, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable obligations. The current workspace does not have a uniform automatic-expiry period that we can promise to users. You may ask us to review whether particular information still needs to be retained.
Deleting one message, deleting a conversation, deleting a contact and disconnecting an integration are different operations. Some cleanup occurs through background tasks. A single interface action does not prove removal from separate archives, exports or backups. For a verified deletion request, the records actually held must be identified, with the outcome and any specific remaining scope or reason for retention explained.

6. Your requests
Contact notify@leuxscent.net to request access, correction or deletion of information relating to you. Proportionate identity or business-authority verification may be needed. Initially provide only the minimum information needed to locate the relevant records.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens, private keys or full chat exports. For records independently controlled by another business, contact that business as well. Data processed independently by Meta/WhatsApp or another platform is also subject to that platform’s own request channels.
7. Updates
We will update this page and its date when actual service scope or data handling materially changes. Specific data-processing arrangements must still be established before services are activated for other businesses.
