Privacy policy

Effective 7 September 2026. This policy applies to the LEXWA website and explains how information will be handled if a business later activates the proposed WhatsApp Business App coexistence service.

1. Who operates LEXWA

广州洛斯森特生物科技有限公司 is developing LEXWA for businesses. Contact notify@leuxscent.net about this policy or your information.

This policy separates information used for website enquiries from data that may be processed by the planned WhatsApp service. The service is not yet open for business onboarding.

2. Information used by this website

The current website code does not provide account login, messaging, uploads, analytics trackers or advertising pixels, and it does not request Meta access tokens. Hosting and security providers may use essential security cookies or similar controls to deliver and protect the site.

If you email us, your email address, message and information you choose to provide are processed to answer and follow up on your enquiry. Website hosting, DNS, security and email providers may process connection logs such as IP addresses, timestamps and browser details to deliver and protect their services. LEXWA does not use these logs for advertising.

3. Planned WhatsApp service data

Only after a business is authorized and its connection is activated would LEXWA process the information needed to provide the agreed service. Depending on the approved permissions, selected settings and actual API events, this may include:

  • Business, WhatsApp Business Account and phone identifiers; workspace members and access roles.
  • Customer contact identifiers, message content, attachments, timestamps and available delivery information.
  • Business App message copies and supported history shared through the official coexistence process, where available and authorized.
  • Connection credentials used on the backend to maintain the authorized integration; they must not be put in the public website.

4. Why information would be used

The proposed purposes are connecting an authorized business account, organizing customer conversations, enabling approved team access, supporting record lookup, resolving faults and responding to privacy requests.

For customer conversations, the business determines the purpose and instructions for processing. Our responsibilities and the business’s responsibilities must be agreed before activation. Planned conversation processing is not active on this website.

5. Providers, storage and access

WhatsApp-related processing would involve Meta and the hosting or infrastructure providers selected for the service. An email provider handles email enquiries. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Whatomate is currently being evaluated as a candidate self-hosted component. It does not process website visitor information or live customer conversations for this public website. Hosting region, subprocessors, cross-border arrangements, permissions and credential protection will be documented before any real customer data is connected.

6. Retention and deletion

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to answer and follow up on the enquiry, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable obligations.

For the planned service, message, media, account and backup retention must be agreed with each business before activation. Removing a connection is not the same as deleting previously stored records. The Data deletion page describes how to request review or deletion.

7. Your requests and policy changes

You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information relating to you. We may need proportionate identity or business-authority verification before disclosing or deleting data. Do not email passwords or tokens.

This policy is effective from 7 September 2026. It will be updated before the WhatsApp service is enabled or whenever data handling materially changes; material updates will be published on this page.
